Colin Duke Ellis

My Nephew was born on October 26th at about 1:45 AM. Words can not begin to describe how happy I am for Dan and Tommi. So stoked to see this little fellah grow up and be a part of his life.

Great Movie

This is definitely one of our favorite movies of the year. Even is the story were completely made up it would still be a great movie. The fact that it is based on reality is even better. Aaron Sorkin killed it on this one.

Born to Run

I almost forgot about this book until my friend Cindy recently brought it up. It is a great read and sure to enlighten anyone on running and help them form a more educated opinion on the development of shoes and how a super high end shoe might not be what you need.

Tri Time

Jon and I will be competing in the Mission Bay Triathlon this weekend. Below is a pic of what the pre-race set up looks like in the transition area aka the calm before the storm. Wish us luck!
